Buffalo Lake is a large, relatively shallow lake in central Alberta, 40km northeast of Red Deer in the Counties of Camrose, Stettler and Lacombe. The Braseth Beach community is situated on the northern section of the lake within Camrose County. Buffalo lake is a beautiful clear lake ideal for watersports, boating, swimming, beach activity and fishing. The Lake boasts a great number of Northern Pike to provide fun for any avid fisherman.
Braseth Beach is a gated community on the north shore of the lake. The Community has its own boat launch (picture to right), in addition to its own private camp ground (picture to right) for use only by guests of the residence of the Braseth Beach Development.
